-Case Study questions: they'll give you a scenario where you act as a manager, and have to fix a couple of issues
-Case Scenario: it's a roleplay where you need to coach someone that is having issues with their production rates
-Behavioral Question: tell me about a time when........

There might an aptitude test as well.
Three rounds with different departments that might involve learning, HR and operations, with each interview going for about 10-15 minutes.

Lasted about 2.5 hours. Virtual interview was with 3 people from different sites. Questions are based on the 16 leadership principles of amazon. Answers should be rehearsed and formated in the star format.

The interview process relied a lot on the leadership principles. They want answers in the STAR method for every answer. It was a good experience and it helps you understand the role better.
