Exactly as the videos in youtube and amazon webiste have described. It was in their dedicated platform, the interviewee seemed to know really good how to manage it and he made me feel confortable during the call.

about the leadership principles, there were a focus on 2 principles.
Amazon’s interview process includes 7 rounds: starting with a telephonic screening, followed by multiple technical and behavioral interviews, including a Bar Raiser round, all assessing leadership principles and problem-solving skills.
I made an internal shift to a different department (internal international transfer) which made the interview process just one round with a manager I was already familiar with. In the interview I was asked to showcased projects and skills.
