one phone interview for job fit, this is job specific, The interviewer will understand if you know really the job you are applying for or if you can learn
one interview with 3 interviewers and one bar raiser to measure culture fit. This one is a go no go, some of the leadership principle cannot be learnt like Earn trust, or you are able or you are not.

you can find the questions on internet but definitely you need to prepare at least one answer for each leadership principle, and include also failure.
Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
Lengthy, messy schedule, interviews canceled last minute, interviewer late. Rude, disrespectful and dismissive approach toward candidate. Majority of people were from a different team so had no clue about the specifics of the position when asked in the final Q&A. If they treat you like this before joining, can’t imagine after. Application withdrawn.
