The very first interview for non-technical role was just as anywhere else, nothing too difficult. Just discussing your experience and getting to know more information about the role. The interviewer gave rather helpful pieces of advice on how to move on during the next interview steps.

Insgesamt finden 4 Gespräche statt. Situative Fragen. Eigentlich sehr einfach. Man muss reflektieren und immer ein Beispiel geben!
Manche Fragen klingen sehr ähnlich.
Alle waren nett und haben die Stelle gut beschrieben.

Hard - the entire interview is based off behavioral based questions, and there is a lot of them. There was also a lot of candidates, so the competition was tough.
