They do not have openings that much. Also, they already selected people inside their favorite and for show purpose they post jobs on social media/job portals. Everything is already preplanned.

1 hour for the phone screen, 5 hours of 5 separate interviews (called The Loop) it was pretty ok, people were nice, but it was a long process, led to an offer so it was worth it
