There was a Interesting Technical round on the first day face to face. On competition of the technical round there will be Managers round. Second face to face .Till this it went good.

And then they reply as

Suddenly an HR call you at his own time and he ask you questions .This is an exceptional process for Allstate.First they ask you documents which is mentioned above and
then Hr calls for HR round not for salary discussing.
And suddenly they reply after wasting your 2 days of face to face and one round so called HR. For a immediate joining candidate that

And when I ask them why did you ask for the confidential documents which needs to be shared with the company if a candidate HR round is not clear .The reply is our process is like this and I am working here for last 7 years.
So we aware of AllState.aThey basically waste ur time and give misguided communication by HR.
No proper feedback.

Entretien
I applied through a referral program. I went to Allstate Bangalore office in Ecoworld to attend the interview on Saturday. It was scheduled at 10 am in the morning, I was on time. After waiting for 1 hour my turn came.
Interviewer introduced himself by telling that he does want to have a strict conversation rather would like to have an open discussion which was good to hear.
I am writing this feedback hope one day he will understand how to take the interview. It was scrum master position, so as a scrum master you expect the interviewer at least follow the scrum values. The person was interrupting all the time in the mid of my answers which shows he does not follow the scrum values either not aware of it which is RESPECT. He was staring at me like he does not like my face. In the end, he told me it was a nice discussion and see you soon. But to my surprise recruiter came and told me it is negative(I am fine with that- company was not offering my expected salary).
Suggestion to management, do not allow such kind of people to take the interview. It only ruined the company face value nothing else
