You can get up to 100% coverage! But you will have to pay a pretty penny.
Very expensive cost for the benefits. Benefits chosen in 1 of 6-7 tiers. Can only move forward or backward laterally once a year by 1 tier.
Sometimes you need to work late or Thursdays (until 8 pm), or on Saturdays, but you will take a Lieu day off, so you can get a long weekend in the future.
