Calm and friendly. They want to gage your personality and ability to speak to people while introducing them to the benefit of having said Insurance. They will let you know about the company and what goals they are trying to meet.

they use behavioral interview questions and the STAR method for the interview. It is a pretty straight forward process. Everything was virtual. They are very customer service oriented so consider that in your answers

Very easy and approachable. They were very responsive in the interview process with scheduling. The beginning of the process was in the form of texting and emailing you. Then you would get a screened phone call followed by a zoom interviewing meeting.
