I only participated in the very start of the interview process. I was called by one of All State's recruiters to discuss the role and my qualifications. I had asked for an expedited interview process at the time as I had received another offer that required an immediate response.

4 rounds started with phone call, 2 technical rounds and one meet and greet with director. the technical rounds focused on my projects where they asked about my model selection, cultural fit

30 minute recruiter screening covering behavioral and technical experiences, including overview of development work and navigating ambiguity in projects. Did not hear back on next round, which includes technical interview.

Discuss an experience sharing results with non-technical stakeholders.
Too long, was 2 rounds but second round had 5 parts and took hours. In the end, didn’t get the job. Overall would not waste your time doing this interview. It was fully online, team was chill tho
