Great experience, the people were very friendly and professional. Allstate seems like a great place to work and a place with great culture. I interviewed for 2 positions, and got an offer 4 weeks later. The Allstate home office is very impressive, it has everything that an employee needs. Allstate really put you in good hands.

Entretien
The first round was easy with the recruiter, just some questions about your experience. The second round was also smooth, just questions specific to the internship and some behavioral. The interview team was young but explained everything pretty well.

What is one skill you learned from an experience and applied it to another experience?
It was good. In my process I did a hirevue and after the screening was invited for an interview with two employees. An hour long interview and that was the final round.
