I applied at Allstate twice and got rejected. I contacted a friend who worked there and was refererred over to Kelly Services, an in house temp agency for Allstate. The process consisted of two phone interviews. After passing the phone interviews with a representative of the temp agency I was contacted by my future manager and asked several basic questions on my experience and why I wanted the job. I cannot remember any difficult questions as the interview was very laid back.
