1st Interview was with HR. Wonderful interview. Was informed that role was 100% focused on cloud technology which matches my skillset perfectly. 2nd interview with hiring manager was ZERO cloud, and all AI. Completely different job role. Total waste of time and effort. I had high expectations; because of Allstate HR's incompetence I missed a different job offer.
