I was referred to Allstate by a friend in another department from the one in which I'm currently working. I exchanged some general e-mails with a hiring manager before scheduling an interview. The interview process was fairly standard. I was asked questions focused around working on a team. Basically the standard Behavioral Interview questions. The follow up interview was with my current manager and the team's technical lead. He asked me a lot of questions to which I did not know the answer to. These dealt mainly with technical experience - something a straight from college hire would not know. About a week later I received a call from Allstate HR offering me the position.

Hiring process was fairly simple and straightforward working with their HR department. Online application made the process flow very nicely. Phone interview was first. Followed by an interview with multiple people from the hiring manager and department.
