Tre colloqui su zoom, di cui l'ultimo volto a svolgere una prova finalizzata alla stesura di un piano di comunicazione volto a risolvere i problemi attuali maggiori dell'azienda. Poco tempo a disposizione, il candidato deve fare una ricerca sulle problematiche attuali, poche informazioni fornite durante il colloquio.

The interview was pretty good but also tedious. With 4 rounds of interviews and 2 involved panels of talking to 3-4 people and an assessment. In the end, I didn't get the job with no clear answer on why.... just that they "decided to go in a different direction." Not a bad experience but in this economic client the interview rounds need to be fewer and decisions can be turned over faster to candidates so they don't waste their time.
