Simple interview process. Bobby is very nice. 3 steps in the process and it was clear every step. Be prepared to fill out a personality profile. Then be prepared to talk about why you will be a good fit. There is a lot of potential here.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
