Interview process was pain free. First interview was done in person at their regional office in Tallahassee. Which was mainly informative as well as interactive to get to know everyone. The 2nd interview is primarily just a phone call with Lee to ask a few more questions. I was offered the job during that interview.

Do you know anything about Aflac other than the duck commercials?
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.

Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
