Basically no interview at all. Just wanted to know if I was on board with a commission only position. Maybe would have involved more questioning on their end if I didn’t have as much professional experience as I do.

For the account manager position, you will be asked to join an introductory group call where a representative lays out the basics of the job, and informs you that the job is door to door outside sales, and entire commission based.

Very comfortable. Met with two ladies who were very welcoming and professional. Typical interview questions for this type of job: Scenarios, Tell me about yourself and experience with difficult situations.
Was asked multiple questions by two different recruiters. Ask me only to give answers and not to continue explaining myself after answers. They were kind but it felt a little awkward at times.
