The interview process was very easy. It was more of just a conversation talking about what you’d like to get out of the internship. Your goals were then compared with the company and she explained how you could achieve your goals at AFLAC. She was extremely nice and inviting. Only downside was I was under the impression that I would be doing general insurance tasks. Never once was it mentioned that this was a sales role and I was completely blind sided going into the job.
The interview process began with a group interview, where the team first presented an overview of Aflac through a PowerPoint presentation. After that, I was invited to move forward to the first-round interview. Overall, the atmosphere felt very relaxed, welcoming, and enjoyable, which made the experience much more comfortable and left me with a positive impression of the company.
The first round of the interview process was to confirm whether we were interested in the position. The hiring manager called 4 people into a zoom call to tell us about the job and did not take any questions. The next round is an individual one-on-one interview about my background.

Entretien
Lied about the job and was dishonest Late to meeting,Unorganized and had many people just waiting for a moderator to come and speak to everyone that had already been waiting for over 30 minutes. Was not a good experience nor did it leave a good impression at all as an employee or if I was a potential customer.
