J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aflac (Durham, NC) en avr. 2015

The first interview isn't actually an interview, but instead more of a 45 presentation the company makes to a room filled with 5-10 candidates. Their goal is to teach you about the company and give you an overview of the job to capture your interest. Essentially, benefits coordinator means salesman. And although the presentation is well done and can give you reason for optimism, its also clear its a strategy to try and get you comfortable with the fact that this is a commissions only job.
The interview process began with a group interview, where the team first presented an overview of Aflac through a PowerPoint presentation. After that, I was invited to move forward to the first-round interview. Overall, the atmosphere felt very relaxed, welcoming, and enjoyable, which made the experience much more comfortable and left me with a positive impression of the company.
The first round of the interview process was to confirm whether we were interested in the position. The hiring manager called 4 people into a zoom call to tell us about the job and did not take any questions. The next round is an individual one-on-one interview about my background.

Lied about the job and was dishonest Late to meeting,Unorganized and had many people just waiting for a moderator to come and speak to everyone that had already been waiting for over 30 minutes. Was not a good experience nor did it leave a good impression at all as an employee or if I was a potential customer.
