Really easy. I applied online and then I had a group interview/information session first and then one on one. Very laid back and it felt like a casual networking conversation.
It was a quick phone call discussing my prior experiences and how I would be a good fit for this position. After looking over my resume, they said they think I would do well and offered me the spot on the phone call.
Very easy process, hiring team seemed like they wanted you onboard more so than you want to join. Mostly asked for availability and time commitments rather than asking for skills.
It was super easy, over zoom, did not really ask many questions at all. Gave a brief rundown of my experience and was offered the position on the spot. They did not ask anything very specific at all.
