I sent in my resume via Aflac's Web site. A couple of days later, I received a telephone call to set up a subsequent telephone interview. After that interview, which included very standard questions about my skills and motivation in wanting the job, I was told that I would probably be contacted within a few days, which I was. An in-office interview was set up and I was asked questions, such as what I would do in certain situations and how I would handle certain interactions on top of detailed skill- and personality-related questions.
