I interviewed at their College Park office. The woman who interviewed me was very friendly, laid back. She asked questions mostly about what was on my resume. Some questions not about my resume were: -Are you competitive in nature? -You are going hear the word "no" about 100 times a day. How are you doing to deal with this? -How are you with public speaking? -What differentiates you from the other applicants? The office was really small.
