The interview process was very simple and comfortable, the job position was offered from a beginner individual agent to that position. It was a group interview which prior didn't know , the recruiter just told me to meet with the person doing the interview via email which was looking for two primary roles one of these being the benefits specialist and the other district coordinator. The person in charge of the interview as I arrive gave the group a form to fill out and after collecting them he started to talk majorly what the company does, how they do it , and who their clients are. Pretty much overall a very well inform interview telling us the next next steps if we consider the job was the right for us, also some stuff to know before working you need a license for your state if remember correctly it was 2-15 ( this means money* and time if you don't have one already). And if you decided the job was the right for you, even thought the person interview said : "we will be receiving a call from someone else (the actual person we will be trying to impress) telling us if we were interest in the career and taking the license".
