The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

Had group information session first, then was called back for a one on one interview. They were very clear on the job requirements and potential. They also provided detailed job information in writing.

It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.
