J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aflac (Boston, MA) en mars 2019
Entretien
I was reached out by technical recruiter from Aflac requesting me to come in for an interview with the District Manager of Aflac for a Benefit Consultant. the first interview is not what you expected, it is a 45 minutes informational session with the district manager where they put you in a room with other candidates and the manager will give you their pitch as to what aflac is, how they operate and why you should consider working with them. then within 2 days I got a call back from the recruiting for the second interview. the second interview is one on one interview with the manager again where you basically ask any questions you might have and he/she will tell you the salary/compensation system with aflac, it lasted for about 20-30 minutes, then the manager offered me the position right on the spot but i told him I'd need some time to think about it.

Question 1
Why do you think you can be great asset working with Aflac
Scummy behavior, like others said it turned out to be a group interview even though it was never directly stated. When you're preparing for a one-on-one interview and then suddenly find yourself in a group that's absurd
The interview process had two stages. The first interview focused on providing an overview of the company, explaining its operations and culture. The second interview was conducted via call for a more in-depth discussion.
It was a relatively quick process. After attending the information session, I signed up for the Zoom interview. The entire interview lasted less than 30 minutes and was very straightforward.
