J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aflac (Tempe, AZ) en juill. 2017

It was a pyramid scheme, everything sounded too good to be true. They tell you, that you have to pay to get a license to sell insurance and if you don't make this amount of people to buy any from you, you'll lose money and also if you've been working for them a certain amount of years you can leave work for about a year and still get paid and still have your job when you come back from 1 yr. vacation .

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
