I assumed that I would be interviewing one on one with; however, it turned out to be a group "meeting" where he just spoke about how great Aflac is and just glossed over compensation.

We were only asked if we would like to come back for a 1 on 1 interview.
The interview process began with a group interview, where the team first presented an overview of Aflac through a PowerPoint presentation. After that, I was invited to move forward to the first-round interview. Overall, the atmosphere felt very relaxed, welcoming, and enjoyable, which made the experience much more comfortable and left me with a positive impression of the company.
The first round of the interview process was to confirm whether we were interested in the position. The hiring manager called 4 people into a zoom call to tell us about the job and did not take any questions. The next round is an individual one-on-one interview about my background.

Entretien
Lied about the job and was dishonest Late to meeting,Unorganized and had many people just waiting for a moderator to come and speak to everyone that had already been waiting for over 30 minutes. Was not a good experience nor did it leave a good impression at all as an employee or if I was a potential customer.
