J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aflac (Wayne, NJ) en mars 2016

The rep called and said that this was an interview. When I arrived I saw many people there and realized that it is not an interview it's a career briefing as they call it. Basically, they gather about 10 people in the room and try to make them sign up to sell insurance. No benefits, no salary, only commissions. They claim they want you to start your own business and they will train you. But you have to get a state license and you pay out of your pocket. If you want to sell insurance in different states you have to get the license in those states separate If you have 2-3 years to try to sell and make it in insurance business then probably it's yours. For me, it was just a waste of time

Scummy behavior, like others said it turned out to be a group interview even though it was never directly stated. When you're preparing for a one-on-one interview and then suddenly find yourself in a group that's absurd
The interview process had two stages. The first interview focused on providing an overview of the company, explaining its operations and culture. The second interview was conducted via call for a more in-depth discussion.
It was a relatively quick process. After attending the information session, I signed up for the Zoom interview. The entire interview lasted less than 30 minutes and was very straightforward.
