I applied online and was contacted the next day by a recruiter. I had a phone interview the next day. We then scheduled an in-person interview with the director in my area. The director kept calling the recruiter by the wrong name! It made me feel that he would forget my name as soon as I walked out of the door.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
