Entretien
I applied online for the position and was shortly contacted by an internal recruiter who set up a phone screen which was essentially the first interview. After that, they set up an in person interview in the Wilmington office with two account managers. There was miscommunication between the internal recruiter and the office because I was told to arrive to the interview an hour before the actual time. After that interview they set up a half day shadow and a 3rd interview with the site director. It was a long tedious process.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Entretien
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
