Was contacted by Aerotek after their interest in my LinkedIn profile. Had a 15 minute preliminary interview where they asked pretty general interview questions. After they invited me for an in person interview.

Basic interview with strengths/weaknesses and questions about Aerotek such as why I wanted to be a recruiter and what I thought about the company.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Entretien
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
