Waste of time, interviewer was very focused on my personal life. He directed questions toward this for around 2/3 of the interview. I do not understand why my personal life is so relevant for a software developer role.

Asked some rough questions on knowledge work experience and schooling. Interview took about thirty mins and was very friendly. Ended up getting multiple offers for Aerotek affiliated companies but left seeking higher wage

Entretien
The interview process started with meeting the recruiter for the position. From there we scheduled a meeting with the company they were hiring for. After the interview there was a bit of a waiting period but heard back and was hired.
