It was fairly simple and laid back interview. Being a recruiter he was only interested in talking about my experience to determine which field of work would be best for me. And of course questions about what kind of jobs I am interested in and what is the minimum compensation I require.

Internal interview with leadership mostly other AMs. They basically interview you to see if you have what it takes to be an AM and push through hard/challenging times. After that, you get an offer or you dont.

Had a phone screen, in person meeting, lunch and another in person meetings. These all happened within two weeks. It was a semi-formal meeting. Everyone seemed to enjoy the conversation. They really do care about their business and the people they are hiring.

You will be contacted by an internal recruiter, if you pass that screening you will be invited for either an in person interview and do a half day shadow. From there they make the offer. Process does move quickly
