They will call you first.. ask you a few brief questions.. then if they like you ask to set a real phone interview. This will be a little more intense than the original call with the caller asking questions about your past, skills, etc. If they still like you then they will ask you to come in for a face to face interview. If they like... YOUV'E GOT THE JOB!

The most difficult question was when they asked you pretty much what all did you know about the company. Its difficult because they want you to explain in detail to them exactly what they do.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Entretien
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
