Then the interviews:
1. Initial interview with corporate recruiter over the phone
2. In office interview with Senior Account Managers--3 total and interview lasted about 3 hours which wasn't expected but the conversation was very loose and comfortable. Very personable and passionate people who you could tell loved their jobs! Great experience!
3. In office Interview with Director
4. Half day shadow with recruiters on the floor. Also had an interview with a fourth Senior Account Manager.
Overall I think this was a great experience and it is clear that Aerotek employees work hard and play hard. The sales floor is a young work force where their competitiveness is obvious yet you sense the strong relationships with each other.
I did not get the job even though I had rave reviews from my first interviews with senior account managers.
My only gripe about this is after all was said and done I spent several hours interviewing with this company and got a very GENERIC decline e-mail. I had even followed up with the director on the phone and instead of telling me then and there, the e-mail was sent 20 minutes later. I wish I could have gotten just an inkling of feedback on why they didn't feel I was a fit after investing that much time.
For the interview questions, you can expect behavioral based. They are recruiters so practice your STAR/BAR method. It is what they are looking for.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
