I applied online and an internal recruiter contact me 2 weeks after I submitted the application. I thought that was a bit too long to keep me waiting because by that time I already went on 3 other interviews and forgot I even applied to aerotek, but maybe they had a lot of applicants? Anyways, so I had a phone screen, a longer phone screen, met the director and account managers in an in person interview then a shadow day. I will say the team culture is very welcoming but the interview process was long and difficult.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Entretien
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
