They take quite a while to contact you back, but the lady who contacted me was very thorough with the application process and the interview was scheduled without problems. During the interview there are two people which was intimidating at first but it was really only one person talking most of the time. The lady who contacted me was silent for the most part. The man who interviewed me asked the basic questions and seemed very interested in my experiences.
