The interviewers seemed genuine in asking what I wanted to do and where I saw myself in the future. They explained what Aerotek does and how the make the best possible connections for employers and potential employees. The interview finished with them saying they will forward my resume to their clients that they felt would help with me reach my professional goals.
Wasn’t a real interview- managers described their experience to sell the position to you because they’re desperate for more people. The company has such high turnover rate because it burns you out. They will tell you about the great money they’re making, which is true. But it’s literally not worth it!!
Not very long and easy. I did not interview with Aerotek, but they did set up interviews with other comapnies on my behalf. The recruiter helps you through the other companies interview processes.

A phone interview was conducted inquiring into my preliminary qualifications such as education, experience, and whether or not I actively held the licenses necessary for the position's duties. The job offer was extended one week after the interview was conducted.
