J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aerotek en févr. 2019
Entretien
Took a total of 2 weeks. First started with a phone screen from my Recruiter based in NJ. That was a pretty typical, "what are your interests and why Aerotek?" type conversation. I was then invited to do an official phone interview (this was actually a FaceTime call, as my recruiter isn't based in town). This was about 30 mins long where I was asked more in depth behavioral questions. Definitely be as detailed as possible! After that I was invited in to do an in person interview with an Account Manager and SRC Manager. This was also really in depth and you should follow the STAR method. Again, detail is KEY! Finally, I was asked to come in for a 1/2 day shadow where I met 2 Account Managers and 2 Recruiters and sat and watched how they did their job. Ask lots of questions! Look engaged and excited about the opportunity! At the end of the shadow I did one final interview with an account manager that lasts about 20 mins or so and was then asked to send an email about Why Aerotek and Why Aerotek should choose me.
This was definitely an in-depth process over the course of 2 weeks but the teams very responsive with feedback and things progressed as quickly as they could. I got an offer 3 days later!

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
