The Aerotek staffing interview was incredibly professional and streamlined. I want to specifically give praise to Keng Chi for making the process enjoyable. Though staffing agencies have very high quota demands, the employees that work there do a good job of removing potential candidates from the quick pace of the nature of the company and creates a personable relationship between employee and candidate.

Asked some rough questions on knowledge work experience and schooling. Interview took about thirty mins and was very friendly. Ended up getting multiple offers for Aerotek affiliated companies but left seeking higher wage

Entretien
The interview process started with meeting the recruiter for the position. From there we scheduled a meeting with the company they were hiring for. After the interview there was a bit of a waiting period but heard back and was hired.
