Pretty standard. Very conversational. They took the initiative to make me feel as comfortable as possible. They are very cut and clear throughout the entire process. They do not try to trick or trap you with vague questions. They go into great detail about the job, what it would entail, and provide sufficient support for you to be successful at this job.
