Waste of time. 5 Interviews for nothing. I made it to the last round which was 1/2 day shadow and the whole team made me feel as if I got the job. After a week. I received an email telling me they went with another candidate even though that was a lie. It was a level entry position yet they interview you as if you applied to be CEO of the company. There is no room for mistakes or flaws in their eyes. Thanks for wasting my time Aerotek.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
