J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Aerotek (Parsippany, NJ) en mars 2018
Entretien
The internal recruiter reached out to me and scheduled a phone interview. Phone interview went well and went on to schedule a Skype interview. Skype interview started off okay with asking me questions such as why I'm interested in recruiting and why I'm interested in their company. Then came the questions that I honestly felt were not necessary to ask. I am a recent graduate and was asked why I haven't tried to apply anywhere else. I have, but I did not want to disclose that information. I was then asked if I received any offers from anywhere else, which again, was a question I did not understand was being asked. Overall experience was not so great. Interviewer was very hostile and was not very nice in the way the questions were asked.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.
Questions d'entretien [1]

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
