Entretien
You begin with a phone screen with an internal recruiter and then either a face to face or phone screen with the director. If you make it past those two interviews you will likely move forward to a half day shadow- which is fairly promising. During that half day shadow, you will get a chance to see what the job is like, understand what you would be responsible for and do a panel interview with two to three managers before leaving around the lunch hour. Be prepared and take a notebook if you want them to take you seriously

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Entretien
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
