There is alot of discussion with a recruiter that happens before and after the interview. The recruiter will analyze your skillset, if not already pre-contacted via LinkedIn, with available positions and a description. The recruiter does all of the work with arranging the interview and I highly recommend that you take whatever date or time is offered and not try to reschedule or ask for another time. Aerotek will contact you with final details via e-mail. On the day of the interview you will first arrive to the lobby and get checked in. You then will make your way to Aerotek or be met by a recruiter you've been speaking with. The recruiter will be friendly and courteous and escort you to the building where you will interview. Depending on the department the interview may be very formal or a little more relaxed, but you should still bring your A-game (Dress nice, prepare questions etc) The recruiter has already forwarded your resume to the interviewers, but I suggest bringing a few along anyways. My interview was a panel Interview with a heirarchy of interviewers from the hiring department, which usually consists of anywhere between 3-5 interviewers lasting 30 minutes each. Be prepared to ask questions to fill in the time.
