I met a recruiter in a cafe for breakfast that was on her! We reviewed my entire professional job history and she asked questions. I told her what was working for me at my current job & what I am looking for in my next position. The recruiter presented me with a few positions that sh thought would be a good fit and I asked her questions about the positions so she could take them back to the employer. I had a phone interview with a company and was offered the position.
