Entretien
Long- but really great because you get to gauge whether the environment is truly for you. First, there is a phone screen with the internal recruiter. If you advance, you will be brought in for a face-to face in the office you will work out of. Third, you will shadow the team for a half a day and talk to a ton of internal employees. They will check 2 references, run a background check, and then make a decision.

What motivates you? What type of animal would you be and why? Tell me about a time when you worked with a team. Are you competitive? Tell me about yourself. A lot of behavioral questions.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
