Brief phone interviews to go over the job duties and make sure I was competent enough to complete the tasks. Spoke with recruiter about my past experiences and fondness of working in retail. I was already familiar with the duties an Event Specialist would be doing so I moved pretty quickly through the process.

Extremely easy interview process. I was told I'd get an offer 5 minutes in. The rest of it she went over the onboarding process and day to day job duties.
