I applied online and received a call the next morning from a recruiter who conducted an interview over the phone, very brief and was called by the regional manager the next day for a second phone interview. Very relaxed process. You do not meet anyone face to face until the day you start which is interesting.

Nothing too difficult, she just asked about my previous work experience, availability, whether i had reliable transportation or not, and then just 4 or 5 "what would you do if..." questions.

Extremely easy interview process. I was told I'd get an offer 5 minutes in. The rest of it she went over the onboarding process and day to day job duties.
