over phone - depends on current need and level of experience - I hit both on the mark so interview was very easy - if you are new to this work the focus would be more so on your experience

How did your previous experience line up with our expectations
There was an initial 15 minute video interview to go over the basic job requirements: pay, mileage reimbursement, and general territory overview. They didn't really ask me any questions, other than if I was willing to sell and not just be a merchandiser.

They asked if I had a car and driver's license and if I was willing to drive to a territory every day.

Easy interview process. Phone Interview followed by a video interview where, you have a more personal interview experience. You don't need anything special to access the video interview. You can do it from your computer, tablet, or phone.
Good interview process. Checked for knowledge of position I was applying for, previous work experience, and what area i lived in. The rest was basic line of questions for interviewing.
